Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl…and lots of candy.

Oh, Roald Dahl. You’re my hero.
Such a fantastic children’s story teller, SO WEIRD and so funny. Love him.
Author of many amazing stories such as Matilda, James, Giant Peach and Fantastic Mr.Fox and of course, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
This was a super fun read-a-loud and had us all laughing out loud each night before bedtime. But what’s even sweeter is having the excuse after finishing the book to host a home screening of Charlie and the Chocolate…with piles of candy!
Don’t judge me for birthing children who despise wearing clothing at home…
